I just completed this little beauty for a friend of mine. He's hosting a state-wide Guitar Hero competition later next month so he asked me to create a cool poster to promote it. No guidelines other than the information that he needed included about the competition.

I really enjoyed drawing that guy's features. After I completed it I realized he looked a little like Freddy Mercury. Don't ask me why, I like Queen but I haven't listened to them in a loooong time.

I went with the old school retro poster look from the 60's with a kicked up style that would mimic the art from the games. I like the simple background, big bold lettering and the crazy style of that dude. Enjoy! Pure fun, nothing more.
